CABLE BRAND SPC SOLAR

Single-core flexible electrical cable with cross-linked insulation and sheath, halogen-free and low smoke, intended for use in photovoltaic systems for connecting solar panels and converters with a rated voltage of 1.5 kV DC and ambient temperatures up to 90° C. Cable manufactured according to TU 27.32.14-001-56416250-2022, developed in accordance with standard EN 5061:2014-12.

Cable design:

  • 1) conductor made of tinned copper wires of class 5 according to GOST 22483-2012;
  • 2) self-crosslinking, low-smoke, halogen-free fire retardant polyolefin compound insulation;
  • 3) sheath of self-crosslinking, low smoke, halogen-free fire retardant polyolefin compound.

An example of recording the symbol for a photovoltaic cable with insulation and sheath made of a self-crosslinking polyolefin compound, with one tinned copper stranded round conductor with a nominal cross-section of 4.0 mm2:

  • - the electrical resistance of current-carrying conductors corresponds to class 5 GOST 22483-2012;
  • - The electrical insulation resistance of the cores, recalculated per 1 km of cable length, corresponds to the table:
