Акционерным Обществом "Парк ядерных технологий", единственным учредителем которого является НАО "Евразийский Национальный Университет им. Л.Н.Гумилёва", совместно с частным партнером ТОО «Казэлектромаш», входящий в ассоциацию кабельных заводов Казахстана, создали стартап компанию ТОО «BETA IZOL». Доля участия частного партнера в уставном капитале составляет 75%.

В июле 2022 года подана заявка на грантовое финансирование наиболее перспективных проектов коммерциализации результатов научной и (или) научно технической деятельности по проекту «Модификация полимерной кабельной изоляции в защитной среде на ускорителе электронов ЭЛВ-4».

24 ноября 2022 года решением Национального Научного Совета заявка была одобрена к финансированию.

На текущий момент имеется зарегистрированный товарный знак и результат научно и (или) научно-технической деятельности. Планируется получение патента на изобретение и сертификата отечественного производителя CT-KZ.

Кабельно-проводниковая продукция реализуется через стартап-компанию ТОО «BETA IZOL» под торговой маркой «BETA IZOL» (Свид. № 14 - 05.04.2019).

Processing Technology

The essence of radiation crosslinking is the irradiation of polymer cable insulation, as a result of which the insulation acquires new physical and chemical properties. The radiation source is the ELV-4 electron accelerator with an energy of 0.2 to 2.5 MeV and a power of up to 50 kilowatts. As a result of radiation exposure (crosslinking), cables and wires acquire:

  • High thermal withstand short circuit current.
  • Low specific damage and low hygroscopicity.
  • The absence of oil, bitumen, lead ensures minimal impact on the environment.
  • Large construction lengths and low weight of cable products.
  • Increased load capacity due to the higher allowable insulation temperature in operation.
  • Small outside diameter to reduce cable bending radius.
  • Possibility of laying on tracks with an unlimited level difference.
  • The absence of liquids in the design of the cable and feeding equipment, which significantly reduces the cost of building a cable line, its repair and operation.

All cable and wire products that have undergone radiation treatment (crosslinking) are characterized by increased reliability and withstand extreme loads during operation in various adverse conditions.
